The Washington County Community Foundation recently elected officers. They are, from left: • Edward C. Morascyzk, a senior partner in the law firm of Morascyzk Stopperich & Associates in Washington, who was elected chairman. A graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and the Duquesne University School of Law, Morascyzk serves as president of the Washington County Bar Association and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. For more than a decade, he has served as pro bono counsel for the Washington County Chapter of the Association of Retarded Citizens, now ARC Human Services. Morascyzk has supported several charities, and he and his wife, Elaine, are members of the foundation’s Family of Founders donor recognition society. • Lynne R. Stout, vice chairwoman and chairwoman-elect. Stout formerly was a social services coordinator who holds a degree in gerontology. She now works in her family’s business, Atlas Services Corp. in Eighty Four. She is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, immediate past president of the Alumni Board, serves on the Foundation for California University of Pennsylvania board and is chairwoman of the Women of Philanthropy Giving Circle at WCCF. • Sandra K. Guthrie, treasurer. As a partner at Guthrie, Belczyk & Associates P.C. in Eighty Four, Guthrie has many years’ experience in public accounting for nonprofits and for-profit businesses. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California University of Pennsylvania and is a certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner. • Kurt R. Salvatori, secretary. Salvatori is vice president of Shared Services for Consol Energy in Canonsburg. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance at Penn State University and serves on the board of directors and board of trustees of Monongahela Valley Hospital.
