Breakfast with Santa, sponsored by the Ohio Valley Christian Center, will be held from 8 to 10 a.m. Dec. 17 in the center’s upstairs gymnasium, 595 National Road, Wheeling, W.Va. There will be a pancake breakfast, letter to Santa, Christmas face-painting and a holiday treat bag. Cash donations and nonperishable items will be accepted.
