Centerville Clinics Inc.’s certified application counselors are available to assist individuals with obtaining health insurance through the Affordable Care Act.
Centerville Clinics has certified application counselors on staff that can assist clients with the process. Counselors also can assist individuals with applying for Children’s Health Insurance Program, Medical Assistance for Worker’s with Disabilities and all other Medical Assistance programs. All state programs offer year-round open enrollment.
