Shannon Scott was named to the dean’s list for the second consecutive semester at the University of Pittsburgh, where she is majoring in linguistics, with a minor in fitness. She also is pursuing certification in American Sign Language. Scott is a 2012 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School, and her parents are Brad and Patty Scott of Houston.
