Charleroi foundation hosts ‘Blast from the Past’
The Charleroi Area School District Education Foundation will host “A Blast from the Past” Oldies Show Volume III April 22 at Charleroi Area High School.
The event begins at 5 p.m. with a classic car show, and hot dogs, hamburgers and refreshments will be served.
Doors to the show and a Chinese auction will open at 6 p.m. Frankie Day of AM 770 will be the master of ceremonies. Entertainment will include:
• Charleroi Area High School show choir, 6:30;
• The Marcels, 7 to 8 p.m.;
• The Fabulous Hubcaps, 8:30.
A meet and greet will follow.

The education foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides economic support to enhance the performing arts, athletics, academics and extracurricular activities to all schools in the Charleroi Area School District.
