LeMoyne Community Center, 200 Forrest Ave., Washington, will host a presentation on American socialist history and the revolution of 2016 at 8 p.m. Sunday. It will be followed by the Democratic presidential debate.

The Washington branch of the NAACP will hold its annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebration at 4 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul AME Church, 160 Ridge Ave., Washington. The Rev. Samuel Ware of St. Paul AME Church will be master of ceremonies and the guest speaker will be the Rev. Eugene C. Beard Jr., pastor of Nazareth Baptist Church.
