AHN to present ‘Health for Her’
Allegheny Health Network specialists will help women take steps to reduce their risk for heart disease through basic lifestyle changes at free “Health for Her” educational programs.
Programs will be held locally as follows:
• Jan. 26, 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Peters Township Health + Wellness Pavilion, 160 Gallery Drive, McMurray. Dr. J. Travis Wilson, a cardiologist, will present the program. Light refreshments will be provided.
• Jan. 27, 5 to 7 p.m. at Jefferson Hospital, James Bibro Building, second floor, Jefferson Room, 565 Coal Valley Road, Jefferson Hills. Dr. Steven J. Czak, an interventional cardiologist, and James D. Waechter, an exercise physiologist, will present the program. A light meal will be provided.
