St. Paul Lutheran Church, 775 North Main St., Washington, will hold a spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Dinner will include meatballs or sausage, salad, rolls, dessert and a drink.
Pathway to Christ Baptist Church, 1395 Allison Ave., Washington, will host a meeting with Mayor Scott Putnam at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation staff will hold a guided snowshoeing walk at sunset Friday in Mingo Creek County Park. Participants will meet at the park office and the program will begin at 5 p.m. There will need to be at least two inches of snow to use the snowshoes. If there is not enough snow, a hike will be offered. There is no fee for the program, which includes the use of snowshoes. Registation is required and can be made by calling the Washington County Deparment of Parks and Recreation office at 724-228-6867. A limited number of snowshoes will be available for adults and children.
West Alexander Methodist Church, Main St., will hold a chicken and biscuit dinner from 4 p.m. until they sell out Saturday. A love offering will be accepted.
The Mon Valley Regional Chamber will host a bowling night at 6 p.m. Feb. 4 at the Brunswick Zone, Route 51 in Rostraver Township. The registration fee of $15 includes bowling, shoes, pizza and wings. First Christian Church, 615 E. Beau St., Washington, will hold an all you can eat spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Feb. 5. Dinner includes spaghetti with homemade meat sauce, salad, Italian bread, drink and homemade dessert. Cost is $10 for adults, $4 for children ages 5 through 12 and children 4 and under are free. Takeout orders will be available.
Southwestern Pennsylvania Chiefs and Assistants Chiefs Association Inc. will hold meetings at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, at Ronco Volunteer Fire Department and 8 p.m. Friday, March 11, at Roscoe Volunteer Fire Department.
