Deatrice R. Dillard was named to the dean’s list at Clarion University, where she is majoring in speech pathology. She has also been selected for the National Society of Leadership and Success. Dillard is a 2014 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School and is a daughter of Shelly R. Roppelt.

Samantha L. Shepherd was named to the dean’s list at Virginia Military Institute, where she is majoring in chemistry. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel P. Shepherd.
