Pigeon Creek Presbyterian Church will hold a golf outing with a 1 p.m. shotgun start Aug. 6 at Rolling Green Golf Course, 2426 Route 136, Eighty Four. Cost is $80 per person or $320 per foursome, best ball blind scramble. Proceeds benefit the building fund. Dinner and prizes will follow the outing. Chartiers Township Parks and Recreation will hold Family Movie Night Aug. 14 at Arnold Park. “The Peanut Movie” will begin at dusk. The event is free. Bring chairs or blankets.
