Wheeling Civic Garden Center, Oglebay Park, Wheeling, W.Va., will hold Jumble Sale, an indoor yard sale, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 13. Among the items available will be household items, books, glassware, jewelry, craft items, vases and baskets. Proceeds benefit the garden center, which is a nonprofit educational organization. American Legion Post 175, 168 Park Ave., Washington, will hold an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 13. Cost is $6.

Block Party for 3- to 5-year-olds will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. March 14, at Chartiers-Houston Library, 730 W. Grant St., Houston.

Washington Camera Club will meet at 7 p.m. March 15 in Room 104, Courthouse Square. The program, “Close-up and Macro Photography,” will be presented by Roger Gill. Winter prints will be accepted.

Annual spaghetti dinner will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. March 19 at Fairhill Manor Christian Church, 351 Montgomery Ave., Washington. Dinner includes homemade meatballs and sauce, beverage and dessert. Cost is $8 for diners 11 and older and $3 for children 10 and younger. Takeout will be available. For more information, call 724-225-8610.

Brooke Hills Park, 140 Gist Dr., Wellsburg, W.Va., will hold an Easter bunny trail at 1 p.m. March 19. There will be candy and a chance to win prizes. Cost for children in fourth grade and under is $2. There will also be a Mountain State Maple Days pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the clubhouse. Tickets for adults are $5 and $3 for children. Proceeds from the breakfast benefit Brooke County Farmers’ Market.
