Whipkey – Brottish
Announcement is made of the engagement of Christine Brottish and David Whipkey, both of Waynesburg.
Christine’s parents are John Brottish Jr. and Sandra Keys Brottish of Mather. Her grandparents are the late John Brottish Sr. and Mable Brottish and the late Bud and Betty Keys.
David’s parents are Ann Marie Bizub Whipkey of Waynesburg and the late Donald Wayne Whipkey. His grandparents are Albert William and Ann Plasko Bizub of Nemacolin and the late Ira William and Anna Grace Kalp Whipkey.
The bride-to-be is a 1986 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School. She is a clerk at the Greene County treasurer’s office.
The future groom is a 1986 graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School; a 1990 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science in business administration; and a 1996 graduate of Waynesburg University with a master’s degree in business administration. He is president of Whipkey Enterprises.
A June 2018 wedding is planned.
