Chartiers Hill United Presbyterian Church, 2230 Washington Road, Canonsburg – community Easter egg hunt will begin at 12:15 p.m. Sunday. Consider donating one dozen filled plastic eggs, and register children by calling 724-746-1330.
Chartiers Township Parks and Recreation – Easter egg hunt will begin at 10 a.m. March 26 at Allison Park.
Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church, 480 Route 519, Eighty Four – community Easter egg hunt will begin at 10 a.m. March 26. There will be crafts, egg-dying and cookie-decorating.
Hanover Volunteer Fire Department, 9 Starck Drive, Burgettstown – Easter egg hunt for 2- to 10-year-olds will begin at 11 a.m. March 26. The Easter bunny will be available for photos.
Heritage Public Library – Breakfast with the Bunny will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at McDonald Trail Station. Cost is $5 per person. Children 2 and younger are free. There will be crafts, coloring, pancakes, sausage, juice and coffee. Registration is required by visiting http://bunnybreakfast.com/ or visiting the library.
Monongahela – Easter egg hunt will begin at noon Saturday at the Gazebo in Chess Park.
North Belle Vernon – Easter egg hunt will begin at 11 a.m. March 26 at the North Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Department, 500 block of Graham Street.
Penn Commercial, 242 Oak Spring Road, Washington – Breakfast with the Easter Bunny will be held from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday. Children 10 and younger will receive a free breakfast and prizes. Cost for other participants is $5.
Peters Township Public Library – Easter egg hunts will be held from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. Tuesday and 24. Contact the Children’s Department at 724-941-9430 or www.ptlibrary.org to register for one of the hunts.
