The Bradford House Museum, 175 South Main St., Washington, a national historic landmark and home of whiskey rebellion leader David Bradford, will open for the 2016 season Wednesday.

The museum, which includes an 18th century garden and kitchen cabin, will be open for guided tours from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Wednesday through November. Admission is $4 for seniors and students and $5 for adults. There is no charge to visit the gift shop, which offers whiskey rebellion souvenirs and local history books.

The museum may also be visited seven days a week, except holidays, year-round by appointment only with 48-hour notice. Group and school tours are available. The museum’s new research resources center has primary and secondary source materials for scholars of any age to use or borrow.

Parking is free in the lot behind the museum. For more information, visit www.bradfordhouse.org or call 724-222-3604.
