Italian-American Cultural and Heritage Society names distinguished citizen
The Italian-American Cultural and Heritage Society of Washington County has named Mark P. Seraly, M.D., as its distinguished citizen for 2016.
Each year, the society honors outstanding individuals of Italian-American heritage who have not only excelled professionally but have also demonstrated extraordinary commitment to help others through volunteer efforts and community service.
Seraly will be honored at the annual banquet May 15 at the Hilton Garden Inn at Southpointe.
Seraly, 51, is a 1986 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and a 19990 graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He treats more than 10,000 patients annually at his practice in McMurray, Washington County and virtually through DermatologistOnCall.
Seraly lives in McMurray with his wife, Loretta, and children Mark, Silvia, Paul and Julia.
