Washington County Master Gardeners Penn State Extension will host a hummingbird program for children of all ages at 6 p.m. May 24 at Washington County Children’s Garden. Participants will learn about hummingbirds, make an information journal, play games and search the garden for flowers and nest sights. Cost is $5 per child. Golf outing to benefit Brownsville Sons & Daughters of Italy, Frank Ricco Lodge 731, will be held May 28 at Carmichaels Golf Club.
