Washington County Chamber of Commerce and POWER of Southpointe selected Laural Ziemba, director of public affairs for Range Resources, as the recipient of the 2016 Washington County Young ATHENA Award.

Ziemba received the award May 6 at at the Annual ATHENA Award Presentation Luncheon at the Hilton Garden Inn in Southpointe.

Other finalists for the award were Teresa Babyak, director of operations of Washington Health System and Washington Physicians Group; Joyce D. Ellis, executive director, Lemoyne Community Center; Natalie Furgiuele, M.D., Mon-Vale Specialty Practices; Jana Grimm, Esq., Steptoe & Johnson PLLC; and Geraldine M. Jones, University President, California University of Pennsylvania.
