Monongahela Valley Hospital recently kicked off its annual Toys for Tots campaign by creating 13 baskets filled with dolls, games, puzzles and other toys, including four baskets for special needs children. Employees also assembled 13 riding toys for the local Toys for Tots. Wally Fronzaglio, a Donora resident who has served as the U.S. Marine Corps. Reserve Toys for Tots coordinator for the past 29 years, accepted the gifts on behalf of the Mon Valley Leathernecks, a group of former Marines that does the legwork for the local Toys for Tots program. The hospital continues to accept donations.
