Jeff-Morgan student wins bronze medal

Eli Rafail of Jefferson-Morgan Middle/High School was named a state finalist in the Wendy’s High School Heisman competition.

Rafail received a bronze medal, a state finalist patch and a $25 gift card to Wendy’s.

Rafail is a student-athlete who was rewarded for displaying excellence and integrity on and off the field.
