4-H award winners
Washington County 4-H County Council recently hosted the 4-H Red Carpet Leaders Banquet to honor the 180 4-H leaders in Washington County.
County Council presented awards to leaders with one, five, 10, 15, 20, 30, 35 and 45 years of service. The 2016 4-H county award winners also were announced at the Leaders’ Appreciation Banquet, along with club scrapbook winners.
Winners were:
Gabriel Bonal of Hickory Ag 4-H Club, Outstanding Officer Award.
Lizzie Brucker of Vankirk Friendship 4-H Club, who received the Robert and Connie Ceisler Award.
Chrome Clovers 4-H Club, Community service Award; Betty Robison accepted the award.
Crossroads 4-H Club, Community Service Award; Tyler Cage accepted the award.
