Holy Ghost Byzantine Church, 828 Meadow Ave., Charleroi, will hold a pierogi and halupki sale featuring frozen potato cheese, cabbage and lekvar pierogis and freshly made halupki. Orders must be placed by Nov. 27 by calling Lillian at 724-258-5720. Pickup will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Dec. 7.
Breakfast with Santa will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Dec. 3 on the lower level of the 4-H building at the Greene County Fairgrounds. Hosted by the Greene County Department of Recreation. Admission is $8 per person and includes a breakfast catered by students enrolled in the Greene County Career & Technology Center culinary arts program. Children will receive a picture with Santa, a Santa hat and a special treat. Children also will decorate cookies, including a cookie Christmas tree ornament.
First United Methodist Church of Canonsburg, 161 W. Pike St., will hold a Victorian Christmas open house and vendor sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 3. Admission is free, and lunch will be available. There will be a Chinese auction, people in period costumes, carolers and vendors, including Mary Kay, Crystal Jewelry, LuLaRoe, Liz’s Lil’ Treasures and more. Proceeds benefit church mission projects.
Peters Township Recreation Center will host Frosty’s Funhouse from 2 to 4 p.m. Dec. 4. Children 10 and younger can play games, make gifts and write a letter to Santa. Parents must remain with their children during the event. Cost is $5 for residents and $8 for nonresidents. Cost is per child. Lighting of the Christmas tree will follow at 6. A visit with Santa, a craft and refreshments will follow in the library. The event is free.
Bentworth Ministerium Community Choir will hold its annual Christmas Cantata at 7 p.m. Dec. 4 at Christian Assembly of God Church, 100 Meadow St., Bentleyville.
All-you-can-eat breakfast to benefit Sons of the Legion will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m Dec. 4 at American Legion Post 175, 168 Park Ave., Washington. Cost is $6.
