Health insurance enrollment starts Nov. 1
Open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act health insurance coverage begins Nov. 1, and will be held through Jan. 31, 2017.
Those who want coverage by Jan. 1 need to sign up or renew by Dec. 15. Those who renew or apply after Dec. 15 will have coverage beginning Feb. 1.
Centerville Clinics has certified application counselors on staff who can assist consumers with this process. They also can help individuals apply for Children’s Health Insurance Program, Medical Assistance for Worker’s with Disabilities and all other medical assistance programs. All state programs are year-round open enrollment.
