Mancan Inc. Staffing Agency, 1039 Waterdam Plaza Drive, McMurray, is holding its 6th annual companywide Coats for Kids campaign from now until Dec. 14, with a goal of collecting 3,000 coats. The campaign, a collaboration between the United Way and Mancan Inc., seeks gently used coats that will be distributed to families in need. All donations stay within the county that they are donated in. To supplement certain sizes, Mancan Inc. will purchase new coats funded through monetary donations. Coats or monetary donations can be dropped off at any Mancan location.

West Newton Senior Center for Active Adults, 103 E. Main St., presents Seniors for Safe Driving from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday. For more information, call 1-800-559-4880.

West Newton Center for Active Adults, 103 E. Main St., will hold a lunch and show Tuesday. Lunch will begin at noon, followed by Al Amazing, Pittsburgh’s Family Magician, from 12:25 to 1:45 p.m. Cost is $7. Martha Washington Garden Club will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Laboratory Presbyterian Church, 33 Manse St., Washington. A light lunch will be served, followed by the presentation “Presenting Our Members.” Members will share their observations and secrets about their personal gardens.

Friends of Chartiers Parks are sponsoring a production of “Murder at the Pie Auction” Oct. 30 at Chartiers Township Community Center. Doors open at 3 p.m. and dinner includes chicken breast, roasted potatoes, vegetable and salad. Tickets are $25. Reservation deadline is Oct. 21. For more, call 724-485-2126
