Holiday arts, crafts event in Charleroi

Homemade, Handmade Arts & Crafters Pre-Christmas event, sponsored by the Charleroi Area Historical Society, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 5 and noon to 4 p.m. Nov. 6 at SPHS Riverside Senior Center, Chamber Plaza, Charleroi.

The event will feature more than 20 arts and crafters, including custom wood signs, embroidered goods, handmade jewelry, crocheted baby clothing and lamps.

There also will be activities for children, including face-painting and balloon artists. On Nov. 5, pictures with Santa Claus will be available for $10.
