Duncan glass society to hold antique show
The sixth annual National Duncan Glass Society Chapter 1 Fall Antique and Collectible Show and Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 5 and 6 at the 4-H building at the Washington County Fairgrounds, 2151 N. Main St.
Those who attend will have the opportunity to purchase a wide range of Duncan glass, early American pattern glass and other elegant glass, depression glassware, artwork, furniture, lamps and lighting, linens, prints, jewelry, silver, china, pottery and old bottles. Gift wrapping will be available.
National Duncan Glass Society also will offer free glass identification, and there will be homemade soup, sandwiches, desserts and a Chinese auction.
Admission is $1 and is good for both days. Proceeds benefit the National Duncan Glass Museum. For more information, call Jon Day at 724-678-6627.
