Ruffed Grouse Society to hold annual banquet
The Covered Bridge Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society will host its 11th annual Conservation and Sportsmen’s Banquet Nov. 9 at Bella Sera, 414 Morganza Road, Canonsburg.
A social hour will begin at 5:15 p.m., and dinner will be served at 7:15. Proceeds will be used to enhance habitat for ruffed grouse, American woodcock and other forest wildlife.
The evening will feature a live and silent auction, games, drawings, door prizes and a selection of firearms, artwork and collectibles.
Individual membership and dinner tickets are $75. There also is a membership and spouse package with two dinners for $135. Banquet, conservation, sustaining and gold sponsorship packages also are available for $275, $500, $1,000 and $2,500, respectively.
