Bowling event benefits Breathing for Burrito
A bowling fundraiser will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Sept. 25 at West Pike Bowl, 605 W. Pike St., Canonsburg, to benefit Breathing for Burrito, a nonprofit organization that provides free CPR classes.
The fundraiser is open to all ages. Entry fee is $10 for adults and $5 for children, and includes two games and bowling shoe rental. Burrito lunch specials will be available in addition to West Pike Bowl’s regular menu.
There also will be several vendor booths, and a Chinese auction will be held. Baked goods will be sold, and baskets will be raffled off.
Breathing for Burrito was founded in honor of Dean “Burrito” Gillum, who died following a swimming pool accident on July 30, 2015.
