84 Lumber raises nearly $130,000 for Boy Scouts

The 27th annual Joe Hardy/84 Lumber Golf Invitational at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort recently raised $128,884.84 to benefit the Westmoreland/Fayette County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

More than 200 vendor partners, 84 Lumber associates and representatives from the Westmoreland/Fayette County Council of the Boy Scouts of America participated. Over the past 27 years, with the help of 84’s vendor-partners, the invitational has raised more than $2 million for the Southwestern Pennsylvania council.

During a reception dinner, 84 Lumber also announced that Metrie, based in Sumner, Wash., is its Vendor of the Year.
