A square dance, including line dancing, polkas, cake walk and more, will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday at Center Township Fire Hall in Rogersville. Caller will be Dave Dahl. Washington County chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution will present its 2017 Citizenship and Good Citizens Awards at noon Saturday in Meadowlake Clubhouse, 217 Coachside Drive, Washington. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4793, 445 E. Lincoln St., Waynesburg, will hold a program Saturday to recognize and commemorate local veterans who served in the first Gulf War, Bosnia, Somalia, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. The program begins at 6 p.m., followed by a social gathering at 7 that includes food and refreshments.
