Kidney foundation to host golf classic
The National Kidney Foundation will hold its annual golf classic May 15 at Valley Brook Country Club in McMurray.
Amateur golfers, both male and female, can participate as part of four-person teams. The scramble tournament has two divisions: Handicap Index and Gross.
The Handicap Index Division is for golfers whose combined USGA Handicap Index is 42.0 or more, with only one golfer on each team having a USGA Handicap Index of 8.0 or less. Gross Division golfers do not require handicap indexes. The top five teams will be invited to Pebble Beach Golf Links, the Links at Spanish Bay and Spyglass Hill Golf Course Jan. 12-15, 2018.
