Duncan Miller group plans benefit auction
The National Duncan Glass Society will host a benefit auction April 22 at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
Preview begins at 11 a.m., followed by the auction at 1 p.m.
The auction will feature glass of all eras, plus china, pottery, silver, prints and more. A digital catalog is available at dmmuseum@verizon.net. A print catalog is available for a fee at Duncan & Miller Glass Museum on Jefferson Avenue, Washington, or by calling the museum at 724-225-9950.
Proceeds will be used to benefit the museum, which houses a collection of glass made by the Duncan family over four generations in Pittsburgh and later Washington as the Duncan & Miller Glass Co.
The auction also will feature elegant glass from other companies.
