Air Force National Guard Airman 1st Class Rebecca C. Burnfield, daughter of David Burnfield of Greensburg and Carolyn Cumberledge of Brave, graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate degree in applied science through the Community College of the Air Force. Burnfield is a 2015 graduate of Clay Battelle High School, Blacksville, W.Va.

Air Force Airman Huynh T. Huy, son of Binh Huynh of Memphis, Tenn., and Dao Alexander of Bulger and stepson of Fred Alexander of Bulger, graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate degree in applied science through the Community College of the Air Force. Huy is a 2013 graduate of Burgettstown High School.
