Franz – 60 years
J. Robert (Bob) and Irene Franz of Prosperity will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary August 17.
The couple were married August 17, 1957, in St. John’s Lutheran Church, Carnegie.
Mr. and Mrs. Franz have three children, Carole Mason of Charleroi, and Susan (Bill) Reeves and David (Lesa) Franz, both of Prosperity.
Their grandchildren are Rachel Burdette, Audrey Mason, Megan Reeves and John and Julia Franz.
Mr. Franz is affiliated with Franz Associates, an insurance and financial planning group. He is on the board of directors of Washington/Greene Blind Association and is a member of the Morris Township Planning Commission.
Mrs. Franz is a homemaker and a member of the Washington Spinners & Weavers Guild.
Both are members of First Lutheran Church.
