In the Bag handbag sale, sponsored by the Washington Hospital Auxiliary, will be held from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in the Community Room at Washington Hospital. Brand-name and designer handbags, briefcases, luggage, wallets, mini-bags and small leather goods will be available at up to 60 percent off retail prices. Cash, debit and credit cards will be accepted. Payroll deduction is available for Washington Health System employees. Proceeds benefit Washington Hospital.
Washington Camera Club will meet at 7 p.m. Sept. 5 in Room 104, Courthouse Square. Blair Ward will present the program “The Mirrorless Experience.”
Bethel Art Guild will meet at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 7 at Bethel Park Community Center, 5151 Park Ave. Light refreshments will be served, followed by a business meeting. Ashley Cecil, a Pittsburgh-based artist and illustrator, will present a program.

The seventh annual Outdoor Heritage Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 9 at Ryerson Station State Park in Richhill Township. Some of the attractions will include old-time fiddlers and owls from the National Aviary in Pittsburgh, among various other programs. The event is organized by Friends of Ryerson Station State Park.
