This year, donors can help their neighbors in need through The Salvation Army’s little red countertop kettles in addition to the traditional bell ringing stands found outside of various retailers. The Washington Salvation Army’s goal this year is to raise $90,000 by Dec. 23. Table top kettles can be found at the following locations:???
