Canonsburg graduate speaks at conference

Timothy Grebeck, a graduate of Canon-McMillan High School, was a keynote speaker at the Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV Tri-County Transition Conference, along with Dr. Matthew Vogel, assistant professor of special education at Point Park University.

Grebeck and Vogel spoke to junior and senior high school students with various disabilities about successfully transitioning from high school to post-secondary educational settings.

Grebeck and Vogel also recently presented “Autism: A Continuing Challenge for Educators and Students Alike” to paraprofessionals and special education and gifted education teachers in the Seneca Valley School District.

Grebeck’s parents are Stan and Debbie Grebeck of Canonsburg.
