Mon Valley NAACP will celebrate Black History Month by presenting “Dreams Begin With Dreamers” at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Calvery Baptist Church, Reed Street, Monessen. Children will represent visionaries (dreamers) of black history. Michael Bright, a Monessen native who is president and CEO of YMCAs in Newark, N.J., is the keynote speaker. Refreshments will be served after the program.
