Greene County council plans Black History Month program
The Greene County Senior Action Council is taking reservations through Friday for a Black History Month celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 9 in the Jefferson Senior Satellite Center, 190 Washington St.
Keynote speaker Melva Hartzog of Waynesburg University will discuss “The Mis-education of Black Education: A Historical Perspective.”
Lunch will be provided for a $2 donation.
