SF to offer free food for seniors

South Fayette Township is partnering with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank to provide monthly distribution of free boxes of nonperishable food, plus fresh cheese, to adults 60 and older who meet the qualifying income guidelines.

Application must be made in person at the South Fayette Township Municipal Building, Millers Run Road, Morgan. South Fayette Township residents and neighbors are welcome to apply.

Those who have a caretaker or need someone to pick up their boxes are asked to call 412-221-8700. Forms are available to register a caretaker or proxy.
