Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania has programs for preschoolers through college students. All programs are free and can be tailored to meet specific needs. The Oaks at Center in the Woods, 130 Woodland Court, Brownsville, will hold an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday and a flea market from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Community dinner will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday at Rogersville United Methodist Church. The menu will include ham, parsley potatoes, green beans, applesauce, roll and dessert. New Freeport Ladies Auxiliary will sponsor country music at New Freeport fire hall from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday. The Neon Knights will perform from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Smokey Robbins will perform from 8:30 to 10 p.m. Admission is $5.

Calvary Baptist Church, 1701 Ridgewood Drive, Washington, will hold its annual Free Family Fun Fest from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The event will include free games, free food, prizes, music, a bounce house, Rudy the Clown and more.

Rostraver Public Library will hold a town hall meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday to discuss its strategic plan for the next few years.
