American Legion Riders Post 639, Claysville, will hold the fifth annual Sgt. Nathan Kennedy Scholarship Ride May 6.

Registration will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. The ride begins at 11:30. All vehicle types are welcome.

There will be food at the end of the ride, along with a Chinese auction. The Roosters will perform at 8 p.m.

Donation is $20 for single riders and $30 for double. Register in advance and save $5 per bike.

All proceeds benefit the Nathan Kennedy Scholarship Fund, which helps students with tuition costs. The decorated Army ranger was killed in action April 27, 2010, in Afghanistan.
