A spaghetti dinner will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 775 N. Main St., Washington. Dinner includes a choice of meatballs or sausage, salad, homemade rolls or fresh bread, variety of desserts and a beverage. Cost is $8 for adults, $7 for senior citizens and $3 for children.

Center Township Fire Hall, Rogersville, will hold a square dance with line dancing, polkas and cake walks from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday. The caller will be Dave Dahl. Cost is $7 per adult, $10 per couple and $5 for children 12 through 18. Beginners are welcome. Food and drinks will be served beginning at 6:30. Highland Brethren Church, 450 Highland Ridge Road, Marianna, will hold a “Souper” supper from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Soups include oyster, chicken noodle and chili. Pie will be available. Amwell Township Historical Society will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the Amwell Township municipal building. The executive board will meet at 6:15. George Gula will present a program on the streetcar system in Washington and its eventual connection to Pittsburgh.

Mon Valley Railroad Historical Society, Pleasant Street, Morgantown, W.Va., will hold its second annual Spring Model Railroad Open House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. There will be free videos, hot dogs, home-baked goods and refreshments. There also will be a white-elephant table with railroad items and a Chinese auction featuring train-related items. National Pike Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, at Woodlands Clubhouse. One Dance Hip Hop Clinic, featuring the Peters Township dance team, will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m March 24 at McMurray Elementary School. The clinic is open to kindergartners through 11th-gradres. Black Association of South Hills Women’s annual scholarship fundraiser luncheon, “Spring: A New Beginning,” will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 8 at the Doubletree by Hilton Meadow Lands.
