Valley luncheon features panel discussion
The Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold a luncheon March 14 at the Clarion Inn, Rostraver Township.
Registration begins at 11:45 a.m., and the program will end at 1 p.m.
The three commission chairs from Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland counties will participate in an interactive panel discussion. They are Vincent Vicites of Fayette County, Larry Maggi of Washigton County and Gina Cerilli of Westmoreland County.
MVRCC President James Protin will serve as moderator. Members and guests will be updated on the state of the three counties that comprise a major part of the mid-Mon Valley and will be familiarized with county leadership. The commissioners will address plans for their respective counties and their impact in the mid-Mon Valley.
“We are pleased to be hosting the commissioners at our March event,” said Deb Keefer, chamber director. “We used this format last year, and it was warmly received.”

Cost is $16 per member and $18 per nonmember.
