Cornerstone Genealogical Society of Greene County will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the log cabin courthouse on Greene Street. In honor of Carmichaels’ 250th anniversary, the topic will be Albert Cummins. Zack Patton will lead the discussion on Cummins, a Carmichaels native who was a U.S. senator from Iowa and presidential candidate in 1916. The meeting is free.

St. Vincent DePaul-sponsored food bank will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, at First United Methodist Church, 215 Church St., Brownsville. New clients are being accepted.

Tri-County Borough Association meeting, hosted by Finleyville and New Eagle boroughs, will be held Thursday at Finleyville Volunteer Fire Department on Washington Avenue. A meal will be served at 7 p.m., followed by the business meeting. Guest speaker will be Jeff Lawrence.

Spaghetti dinner fundraiser will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 19, at St. Cecilia Church, 1571 Grindstone Road, Grindstone. The full-course meal is $8 for adults and $5 for children younger than 12. Takeout will be available.

Mon Valley Coin Club will meet at 2 p.m. March 19 at 303 Chamber Plaza in Charleroi. Applications are being accepted for membership. A 50/50 raffle will be offered, and prizes will be awarded for children. For more information, call 724-984-6611.

Lunch and a show will be held March 20 at the West Newton Center for Active Adults, 103 E. Main St. Lunch will be served at noon and the show will begin at 1:30 p.m. The show will feature Brian Mahan, a Frank Sinatra impersonator. Cost is $2 for lunch and $5 for the show.
