Painting, pizza party at training center
Healthy Habits Training Center, part of the Greater Washington County Food Bank, will hold a Paint a Pallet and Pizza Party fundraiser from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday.
The project will involve painting a full pallet like an American flag. Cost is $35 per person and includes paint, brushes, the pallet and pizza.
Two-hour time slots – noon to 2 p.m., 2 to 4, 4 to 6 and 6 to 8 – will be available, with a maximum of 12 people in each time slot.
Reservations are required by calling Jodi at 724-632-2190, ext. 115, and providing the number of people in your party.
Those who are unable to haul a pallet in their vehicle should ask about transportation.
