The executive board will meet at 6:15 p.m. Jim Douglas, author and Civil War historian, will present a program on his book, “Born to Serve, The Major A.G. Happer Story.” Happer was from Washington County and fought in many of the Civil War battles.
National Pike chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Faith United Presbyterian Church.
