UPMC for Life members and anyone aged 65 and older ara invited to the Wild Things Park in Washington to participate in activities that are part of the 24th annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 31. Get moving with a fitness demonstration, take a walk around the ballpark, or sing karaoke songs with friends. Receive preventive services including a blood pressure screening as well as height, weight, BMI and bone density testing. UPMC for Life health care concierges will be in attendance to talk about plan benefits.
