Peru Children’s Mission Drive will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. June 10 at Trinity Bible Fellowship, Park Avenue, Washington. Thirty-One and LuLaRoe vendors will be selling merchandise. American Legion Post 175, Washington, will hold its annual flag-burning ceremony at 7 a.m. June 14. A symbolic American flag will be burned and its ashes buried in the designated area on the Legion grounds beside the World War II tank. The remainder of the flags will be burned at a later time, and the ashes will be disposed of at a later date. For more information, call American Legion Post 175 at 724-222-9912.
South Hills Coin Club will meet at 8 p.m. June 13 at Bethel Presbyterian Church, 2999 Bethel Church Road. The program will be alternative hobby night. Peters Township Chamber of Commerce will hold an after-hours networking event from 5 to 7 p.m. June 15 at Atria’s in McMurray. There will be complimentary appetizers and a cash bar.
