Washington County’s 4-H leaders
Washington County 4-H County Council hosted the 4-H Winter Wonderland Ball Nov. 3. The event was held to honor the 163 4-H leaders in Washington County. Council presented 1-to-40 years-of-service recognition. Winners also were acknowledged at the Leaders’ Appreciation Banquet, along with club scrapbook winners. Receiving awards were:
