Debra Keefer, executive director of the Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce based in Charleroi, was among eight Chamber of Commerce professionals that were awarded the PA Association of Chamber Professional’s Distinguished Service Awards. A ceremony of the 2017 PACP Professionals Leadership Conference was held Oct. 26 at the Park Inn, Clarion. Keefer’s award marked 20 years of leadership in the Chamber of Commerce industry. She has been the director of the Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce and PACP member since 1997.
